WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY
1. I represent that I am in good health, and in proper physical condition to participate in the rowing activities.
2. I fully understand that:
  1. Rowing Activities involves risks and danges both on the water and on land.
  2. These Risks and Dangers may be caused by my own actions, or inactions, the actions or inactions of others participating or the condition in which the rowing activities takes place,
  3. There may be other risks either not known to me or not readily foreseeable at this time.
  4. I understand that I must abide by the instructions of the person/s in charge on the day.
3. I fully accept and assume all such risks and dangers and all responsibility for losses, costs and damages I may incur as a result of my participation in the Have-a-Go day. I declare that I take part in all activities at St George’s Rowing Club at my own risk. I waive any right to hold the Club or its officers responsible for any injuries to my person, loss of life and/or loss or damage to my equipment and I further waive any right to claim against the Club and its officers for my actions that may result in any injuries to my person, loss of life and/or loss or damage to my equipment.
